Working under the direct supervision of the Sales Managers, your role is to ensure smooth and efficient administrative and organizational support throughout the tendering process. You will be the key point of contact to centralize, coordinate, and optimize the management of commercial files.
Job Responsibility
Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), prequalification files, and commercial proposals
Coordination: Coordinate document exchanges with partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders (Sales, Technical Units, Support Services)
CRM Management: Maintain and update dashboards and tracking tools (Salesforce)
Organization: Plan strategic meetings (Go/No-Go, kick-off, offer reviews) and handle document reproduction, registration, dispatch, and archiving
Quality & Compliance: Support the standardization of reference documents (CVs, templates) and ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and clients' administrative requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or business support
Perfectly bilingual in French or Dutch, with a minimum B1 level in English
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with Salesforce is a real asset
Rigorous, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
