FLEXSIS, a prestigious INTERIMAN GROUP brand, is recruiting a Sales Assistant to serve as a key point of contact for international customers, handle export-related documentation, liaise with logistics partners, and support the sales team in managing orders and client follow-up. The role involves managing customer records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing post-sales support.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a key point of contact for international customers, providing prompt and professional communication in English via email, phone, and other channels
Coordinate with the production department to ensure customer orders are scheduled and delivered in a timely manner
Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other shipping and customs-related paperwork
Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to arrange international shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transport-related issues
Maintain and update customer records, order statuses, and shipping details in the company’s ERP/CRM systems
Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and assisting in follow-up with clients
Monitor international shipments and ensure all export compliance regulations are met
Handle post-sales support, including managing customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination
Support internal reporting and data entry related to sales performance, delivery timelines, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in international sales support or export customer service roles
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
Familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and handling international logistics
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Degree in International Business, Logistics, Sales, or related field
Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations
Experience in manufacturing or export-driven industries.
