Job Description:

FLEXSIS, a prestigious INTERIMAN GROUP brand, is recruiting a Sales Assistant to serve as a key point of contact for international customers, handle export-related documentation, liaise with logistics partners, and support the sales team in managing orders and client follow-up. The role involves managing customer records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing post-sales support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for international customers, providing prompt and professional communication in English via email, phone, and other channels
  • Coordinate with the production department to ensure customer orders are scheduled and delivered in a timely manner
  • Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other shipping and customs-related paperwork
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to arrange international shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transport-related issues
  • Maintain and update customer records, order statuses, and shipping details in the company’s ERP/CRM systems
  • Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and assisting in follow-up with clients
  • Monitor international shipments and ensure all export compliance regulations are met
  • Handle post-sales support, including managing customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination
  • Support internal reporting and data entry related to sales performance, delivery timelines, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international sales support or export customer service roles
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
  • Familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and handling international logistics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in International Business, Logistics, Sales, or related field
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations
  • Experience in manufacturing or export-driven industries.
