Our client is searching for the Administrative Assistant to support their registration team. In this role you will be actively involved with the coordination of paperwork for vessel registrations. You will be actively working with other reps to ensure all required information is gathered. This role is ideal for an administrative assistant, who is highly organized, enjoys a fast paced environment, and is looking for a change from the normal administrative duties.

Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Familiarity with sales processes, including inbound and outbound sales
Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve goals
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
