Sales Assistant

SET Europa provides near shore, recruitment and outsourcing services and solutions for immediate project needs. Our client is a globally connected technology organization offering cloud-based solutions and workforce services across 170+ markets. They provide scalable platforms, compliance-ready systems, and localized support to help businesses expand internationally. This position will be a key part of the (Country) business by providing both inbound and outbound lead generation and client engagement campaigns. The role will work closely with the sales, operations, marketing and architect teams to drive net new incremental marketing qualified leads (MQL) and sales qualified leads (SQL) for the (Country) business. The role will require a lot of calling, some amount of rejection and challenging discussions with prospects which means the right person will be able to keep going when the campaign results can seem daunting.
