Job Responsibility

  • Work within the branch sales team
  • Deal directly with customers to maximise sales
  • Work to expand customer base by helping to identify and develop new accounts
  • Handle customer orders and enquiries by phone and email
  • Build friendly relationships by giving great customer service
  • Communicate with team and suppliers to ensure a smooth transaction for the customer
  • Ensure orders are delivered on time and in full

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar phone based sales role
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers and colleagues

  • Support wider team with ad hoc tasks, including VM set up, store cleanliness and presentation etc
