Job Description:

Retail Sales Assistant - Jollyes Pets - Newport, Gwent. Combine your passion for pets with your job and help deliver fantastic customer service to our pet parents and build a grrrreat career with Jollyes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help store colleagues to maximise the potential of the store
  • Provide genuinely helpful and friendly customer service
  • Uphold great store standards with available stock and clean and tidy presentation
  • Promote responsible pet ownership

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar, customer facing environment
  • Hands-on approach
  • Ability to offer the highest levels of customer service
  • Be an ambassador for the Jollyes brand, sharing our values of being: Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, Together
  • High level of flexibility to cover shifts over 7 days, including evenings and weekends
