Sales Assistant

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, ensuring a positive experience
• Manage customer inquiries with professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and support overall sales strategies
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized documentation of sales activities
• Support various administrative tasks, including scheduling and follow-up communications
• Provide insights and feedback to improve outreach strategies and customer engagement
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of sales techniques
• Adapt to flexible work hours to accommodate customers in different time zones

• Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation
• Strong ability to make quick decisions and think critically under pressure
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions with attention to detail
• Knowledge of cash activity and closing processes is a plus
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting after completing in-office training
