Job Responsibility:
Support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the retail shop
Help to maximise sales while delivering excellent customer service
Maintain high standards of shop presentation
Handle stock and donations
Operate the till and manage cash
Support fundraising promotions
Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed
Help supervise, train, and motivate volunteers
Requirements:
Retail or customer service experience
Strong communication and numeracy skills
Ability to multitask and work to targets
Proactive, flexible approach
