We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations within the manufacturing industry, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure seamless account management
Manage high-volume accounts while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Perform data entry and process customer orders with precision
Execute a variety of administrative tasks to support the sales team
Assist with inside sales activities, including customer inquiries and order follow-ups
Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's logistics and operational processes
Deliver exceptional service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
Ensure all documentation and records are up-to-date and organized
Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Proficiency in inside and inbound sales processes
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
Familiarity with Acumatica or similar ERP systems
Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
