Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations within the manufacturing industry, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure seamless account management
  • Manage high-volume accounts while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform data entry and process customer orders with precision
  • Execute a variety of administrative tasks to support the sales team
  • Assist with inside sales activities, including customer inquiries and order follow-ups
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's logistics and operational processes
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all documentation and records are up-to-date and organized
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in inside and inbound sales processes
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Familiarity with Acumatica or similar ERP systems
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
