Sales Assistant

• Handle incoming calls and proactively contact bakery clients to confirm and process orders
• Accurately input customer orders into the system while verifying all details for accuracy
• Address client inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions and order documentation
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer service or logistical challenges
• Assist in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to enhance client relationships
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding order updates or changes
• Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals
• Uphold a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues
• Monitor and report on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within distribution or order management environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a client-focused approach
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic mathematical skills for verifying and processing orders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities
