Job Responsibility
Manage CRM updates, pipelines, and lead tracking
Support inbound and outbound sales workflows
Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination
Prepare sales reports, trackers, and summaries
Assist with proposal preparation and documentation
Maintain clean records of leads, conversations, and outcomes
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams as needed
Requirements
3+ years of sales support, admin, or operations experience
Strong written and verbal English
Highly responsive and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with numbers, targets, and deadlines
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, and communication tools
