In this role, you will contribute to the effectiveness of the Sales department, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and alignment with Marriott standards.
Job Responsibility
Manage communications, including calls, emails, and guest interactions
Ensure compliance with Marriott Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity
Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently and professionally
Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and presentations with internal teams
Facilitate effective communication across departments
Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings, and document minutes accurately
Monitor office supplies, anticipate needs, and manage procurement processes
Ensure proper operation of office equipment and arrange maintenance when required
Resolve office-related issues and ensure operational continuity
Follow loss prevention procedures and maintain compliance standards
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters
Requirements
Excellent hospitality, communication, organizational and telephone skills
English language proficiency (spoken and written)
Timeless and accuracy in work and assignments
Professional attire at all times during working hours
Needs be very detail oriented, able to adapt and execute projects on shorts notices, prepare reports and offer support to Sales department
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly learn company-specific systems
Strong presentation and meeting coordination skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
