We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Wilmington, California. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting senior sales agents with various tasks ranging from client communication to transaction management. Job Responsibility:
Assist senior sales agents with leasing and sales transactions, ensuring smooth progression from initial inquiry to closing
Prepare marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and listing packages to support sales efforts
Conduct market research, analyze property data, and review competitive comparisons to provide insights
Coordinate property tours, client meetings, and site visits, ensuring all logistics run seamlessly
Manage and update databases, listings, and deal pipelines to maintain accurate records
Draft correspondence, letters of intent (LOIs), and transaction-related documentation as needed
Communicate effectively with clients, landlords, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate transactions
Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure accuracy of transaction details
Support compliance efforts by maintaining confidentiality and ensuring all documentation meets required standards
Respond to inquiries and assist with resolving client concerns in a timely manner
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales support or a related role, preferably within the real estate or insurance industry
Strong proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing property data
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
Familiarity with drafting business correspondence and transaction documentation
Proficiency in database management and maintaining accurate records
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, landlords, tenants, and team members
Nice to have:
Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable but not mandatory
