Job Description

Do you love chatting to people and brightening their day? Join our warm and welcoming team in Horwich and help us create a brilliant shopping experience for everyone who walks through the door. We’re looking for kind, reliable people who want to make a difference. No previous retail experience is needed, as full training will be provided. Just bring your smile and willingness to help!

Job Responsibility

  • Greeting customers with a friendly smile and making them feel welcome
  • Helping people find what they’re looking for and answering any questions
  • Keeping the shop tidy, organised and inviting
  • Serving customers on the till and handling cash/card payments
  • Encouraging Gift Aid when donations are dropped off
  • Supporting your team and helping create a fun, friendly atmosphere

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16
  • Must be living in the UK
  • Must disclose any unspent criminal convictions in advance of a DBS check
  • Must wear provided uniform

  • Enjoy meeting and chatting with people
  • Have a helpful, positive attitude and enjoy providing great service
