We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team in the following part-time roles: 1.Sales Assistant: Join our team as a Sales Assistant and be the friendly face of Greens Retail, playing a crucial role in the daily operations of the store. 2.Team Leader: We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to step into a Team Leader role, helping to drive the store's success and inspire the team.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering excellent customer experience by serving in a professional, friendly manner
Maintaining exceptional store standards
Creating a positive working environment
Efficiently replenishing stock and completing other regular operational tasks
For Team Leader: Prioritising workload to ensure store standards are exceptional and motivating the team to ensure tasks are completed
Building strong links with the local community and participating in local initiatives
Ensuring a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with all Health & Safety regulations and operational procedures

Requirements:

Must be 18+ due to age-restricted sales such as tobacco and alcohol
Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential
For Team Leader: Experience is preferred though not essential as full training will be provided
