Sales Assistant Retail

• Ensure customer records are correct in our SAP systems
• Coordinate new product launches with customers, managing required data in their systems
• Oversee the product life cycle, monitor inventory, and enable accurate sales reporting
• Process all commercial administrative tasks accurately
• Communicate internally with various departments such as Product Management, Customer Service, Planning, Quality, and Plants, and report to the KAM/Sales Manager
• Develop strong relationships with customers, handle tender documents, inform about product changes and availability, follow up on promotions, and update prices
• Manage customer complaints in collaboration with product and quality managers to ensure effective resolution
• Update and follow up on contractual documents and customer statistics

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Accurate, efficient, rigorous, and well-organized
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• French is a plus
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• Autonomous with a strong customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys solving problems
• Process-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Team player with a hands-on approach
