At KFH we are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Residential Sales team.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Manage sales progression

  • Lead from the front with cross-selling services across the group
  • Act as a role model to the team, demonstrating performance and commitment that inspires others
  • Support with training and development of new or less experienced team members

Requirements

  • Proven track record of high performance as a sales negotiator, ideally in a London-based estate agency
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience advising clients face-to-face, via email, and by phone
  • Strong understanding of property legislation and regulations, including the TPO Code of Practice
  • Ability to coach and train team members effectively
