Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Sales Assistant General Manager for a established MNC that specializes in the chemical trading services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee sales and marketing for chemical/industrial products, focusing on both account retention and new business acquisition
  • Expand trading operations across all markets: domestic, import, export, and offshore
  • Identify, develop, and launch new business ventures to build a broader revenue base
  • Act as a primary liaison, fostering strong communication and relationships with suppliers, customers, forwarders, stakeholders, and overseas offices
  • Employ strong negotiation skills to manage all external and internal partnerships effectively
  • Assist the Division GM and Team Leaders with strategic planning, organizational management, and internal HR development
  • Maintain full compliance with all company policies and internal regulations, ensuring all reports are submitted on time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience
  • Availability for regular business travel
  • Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills
