Sales Assistant / Driver

At Crown Paints, our Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of the store — helping customers bring projects to life, building relationships with local trades, and creating exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a Sales Assistant / Driver to join our Newbridge store team. Our customers range from DIYers working on weekend projects to professional decorators and builders who rely on us every day. A key part of your role will be to identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships and open customer accounts regularly. Safety at Heart - This is a hands-on role, involving manual handling (5–10kg), standing for periods and operating store equipment. Crown Paints have been manufacturing paint for longer than most, over 200 years in fact, with over 60 years proudly holding the Royal Warrant. Alongside our owners, The Hempel Foundation, we place a special focus on education for children in need.
