Job Responsibility:
Oversee project timelines, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation
Collaborate with external contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment and successful execution
Facilitate financing processes by gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with lending partners
Monitor project progress, maintain detailed records, and deliver regular updates to all stakeholders
Address and resolve project-related challenges by coordinating efforts across teams and external partners
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or inside sales
Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling complex documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Nice to have:
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred
