We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant and Project Coordinator to join our team in Campobello, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless progression of projects from initial sale to successful completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at managing multiple tasks, and communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee project timelines, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation
  • Collaborate with external contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment and successful execution
  • Facilitate financing processes by gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with lending partners
  • Monitor project progress, maintain detailed records, and deliver regular updates to all stakeholders
  • Address and resolve project-related challenges by coordinating efforts across teams and external partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or inside sales
  • Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling complex documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred
