We are seeking a highly organized Sales Assistant & Event Coordinator to support the North American sales team. This role works closely with the Head of Sales and the Global Marketing Director to support sales operations, manage CRM and lead data, coordinate domestic and international trade shows, and assist with sales enablement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Head of Sales, North America with day-to-day sales operations and administrative needs
Assist with internal sales workflows and cross-functional coordination
Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve sales team efficiency
Own CRM data hygiene, including lead and contact management, updates, and de-duplication
Manage lead lists from domestic trade shows, international events, imports, and other sales and marketing sources
Ensure accurate tracking of lead sources, account activity, and sales stages
Prepare clean, accurate lists and reports to support sales outreach and follow-up
Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including travel planning, meeting scheduling, and event material preparation
Support on-site execution of trade shows and sales meetings as needed
Assist with post-event follow-up, reporting, and lead processing
Collaborate with the Global Marketing Director to support sales enablement initiatives
Assist with the creation, organization, and maintenance of product materials, messaging frameworks, and trade show collateral
Prepare KPI updates, pipeline summaries, and post-event performance reports for both domestic and international events
Assist leadership with data-driven insights to support sales and marketing decisions
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, field marketing, or a related role
