As our Sales Appointment Setter you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued sales growth by engaging potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team. But this role is about more than filling diaries - it’s about helping businesses run safer, cleaner, more compliant operations by connecting them with services that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and support environmental responsibility.
Job Responsibility:
Generate quality appointments by calling warm leads and securing meetings for our Business Development and Account Managers
Influence and convert by clearly communicating our value, handling objections confidently, and following up to build trust and keep customers clear on next steps
Stay organised and effective by using CRM and strong product/market knowledge to qualify leads, tailor conversations, and build a healthy pipeline that converts
Requirements:
Proven phone-based sales success in appointment setting, telesales, lead generation or similar
Evidence of hitting (or beating) targets and booking quality appointments
Customer-first communication
