The Sales Application Specialist Critical Care BeLux combines clinical application expertise with account ownership to ensure Critical Care solutions are effectively adopted and deliver clear patient and customer value. The role builds strong customer relationships, drives solution‑based sales, identifies growth opportunities, and acts as a key link between customers, sales teams, and the organization, contributing directly to sustainable growth in the BeLux region.
Job Responsibility
Deliver advanced Critical Care product and service demonstrations
Act as a subject-matter expert, providing advanced product knowledge
Lead customer onboarding and adoption of advanced and customized solutions
Maintain regular, value-focused engagement and health checks with key customers
Own and manage selected Critical Care accounts end-to-end as the primary point of contact
Develop and execute effective account strategies
Support market development and sales performance across the BeLux territory
Proactively prospect and build relationships with new Critical Care customers
Lead cross‑functional coordination to design and deliver complex, integrated product and service solutions
Maintain accurate CRM data
Support hybrid sales initiatives
Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to inform commercial strategy
Act as the internal voice of the customer
Ensure full compliance with quality, legal, and corporate policies
Requirements
Qualified Critical Care Nursing background with a strong professional foundation in clinical applications
Hands-on understanding of critical patient care environments and clinical workflows
Experience or knowledge of ECMO is highly preferred
Skills to proficiently deliver advanced product, clinical, or technical guidance
Commercial or sales experience within medical devices, healthcare solutions, or complex B2B environments is considered a strong advantage
Fluency in Dutch and French required
Strong communicator with a high customer focus
Proactive and resilient decision‑maker with strong business and financial acumen
Nice to have

Experience or knowledge of ECMO
