Office Angels are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client in the automotive industry based in Stourbridge with the recruitment of a confident and detail-focused Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming, supportive team and make an immediate impact during a busy period.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating stock records and completing data entry on an in-house system(DMS)
  • Setting up customer registrations
  • Checking and updating Deal File paperwork
  • Requesting documents and information from Sales Executives
  • Uploading documents and maintaining digital files
  • Invoicing used vehicles
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties

Requirements

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with colleagues, including via Microsoft Teams
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in administration (automotive experience helpful but not essential)
