Job Responsibility:
Creating stock records and completing data entry on an in-house system(DMS)
Setting up customer registrations
Checking and updating Deal File paperwork
Requesting documents and information from Sales Executives
Uploading documents and maintaining digital files
Invoicing used vehicles
Supporting the team with general administrative duties
Requirements:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with colleagues, including via Microsoft Teams
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in administration (automotive experience helpful but not essential)
