Job Responsibility:
Take full ownership of a portfolio of e-commerce accounts
Deliver high-quality, consistent trade marketing content to support the wider sales team
Manage and nurture relationships with key e-commerce customers
Monitor performance data
Enhance product listings
Support new product activations
Ensure online content reflects best practice
Produce customer ready sales presentations
Manage core trade marketing assets
Prepare insight-led decks for internal and external meetings
Support sales colleagues with essential reporting and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Experience in sales, account management, trade marketing or a comparable commercial role, ideally with some exposure to e-commerce
Comfortable working with financials, including revenue, profitability and budget related decision making
Good understanding of online platforms and how to optimise product content (copy, imagery, SEO, enhanced content)
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales or market data
Clear, professional written communication and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
A proactive, curious mindset with a positive attitude, comfortable working cross functionally and finding solutions
