At TCFM, we’re continuing to grow our commercial cleaning business and we’re looking for an experienced Sales and Solutions Manager to help drive that growth across the North. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on winning new business, developing strong customer relationships and delivering commercially sound, well-thought-through solutions. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Operational teams to convert opportunities into long-term, sustainable contracts.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and pursue new commercial cleaning opportunities
Manage and progress leads in collaboration with the Sales Insight Executive
Deliver clear, compelling and value-led proposals aligned to customer requirements
Prepare and submit tenders in line with internal commercial processes
Work closely with bid, marketing and operational teams to ensure solutions are practical and commercially viable
Represent TCFM at customer meetings, presentations and networking events
Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline forecasting
Requirements:
Proven experience in solution-based sales, ideally within commercial cleaning
Experience in specialist cleaning would be an advantage
Confident presenting to and influencing decision-makers at all levels
Organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities
IT-literate, with experience using CRM systems (Dynamics 365 CE desirable)
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, while collaborating closely with internal teams
