Job Description:

Sales and Service Associate position at IKEA Phuket focused on driving sales, managing key accounts, providing home furnishing design consultancy, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Responsibility:

Drive sales to achieve individual sales target
Handle key accounts management as assigned by manager
Provide clients with the consultancy of IKEA home furnishing design solution to match with customer's preference and project budget
Find new clients or new opportunities to generate sales
Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in timely manner
Provide weekly projects pipelines update to manager
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all major developer and corporate clients
Control vendor on customer delivery plan to meet the schedule and achieve customer satisfactory

Requirements:

Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail and communications
Customer service and selling skills are preferred
Strong knowledge of food service industry and proven leadership abilities
Customer-focused, highly analytical and multi-tasking to work in a high volume and fast paced retail environment
Able to create an environment embracing the IKEA values and diversity of co-workers and visitors
