The role of Sales & Project Manager – Technical Sales will have a strategic role in managing the entire commercial and project cycle, contributing to the development of the company's business and ICT solutions. The position will report directly to the Sole Administrator and will coordinate commercial functions, the territorial team, the Tenders and Contracts Office, and the Executive Commercial Office. It will also be responsible for the complete management of projects, focusing on software solutions and SaaS products, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and proper implementation.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate sales, marketing, commercialization, and distribution strategies
Propose prices, discounts, promotions, and incentives to be submitted to the Sole Administrator
Expand and coordinate the sales network and the territorial commercial team
Supervise the Executive Commercial Office and the Tenders and Contracts Office
Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Coordinate the development team and manage software projects end-to-end
Monitor quality, performance, and project timeline adherence
Manage the lifecycle of ICT solutions, from ideation to release
Provide technical-commercial support for sales, particularly on SaaS products
Manage tender processes in the public administration sector (document preparation, execution, compliance)
Conduct technical and functional presentations for clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery
Requirements
Proven experience in software solutions sales roles (SaaS and non-SaaS)
Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems
English at Professional Working level
Skills in ICT and software project management
Familiarity with commercial processes and offer management
