This role is part of a structured 12-month graduate development program designed for fresh graduates. The program provides hands-on exposure to CommScope products, Structured Cabling Systems (SCS), and enterprise networking solutions. The intern will progress from foundational training to active participation in pre-sales and sales activities, ultimately operating as a Junior Sales professional in training by the end of the program.
Job Responsibility:
Participate actively in training and certification programs
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, BOQs, and technical documentation
Assist in positioning CommScope SCS solutions to customers and partners
Prepare and deliver customer presentations alongside senior team members
Support account and opportunity management activities
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of activities
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or recent graduate (Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field preferred)
Strong interest in technology, networking, and enterprise infrastructure solutions
Basic understanding of networking or cabling concepts is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
