Job Description:

As a cornerstone of the coordination team, you will be responsible for the entire order processing lifecycle, from precise data entry to strategic cross-departmental liaison. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex ERP systems to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform complete and accurate entry of orders into the ERP system
  • Validate pricing, correct shipping addresses, and conduct rigorous quality checks on every processed order
  • Create technical data sheets for new items, request part numbers, and prepare product quotes for the internal sales team
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to coordinate deadlines and inform management of any discrepancies in delivery timelines
  • Ensure that all operational procedures comply with ISO standards and the company’s quality requirements
  • Provide backup support for incoming communications as needed to maintain seamless business continuity

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or order processing
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ease of use with ERP or CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated excellence in data entry and the handling of technical information
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless coordination between teams
