Job Responsibility:
Completing daily tasks in a timely manner ensuring the agent is fully kept up to date with their files
Ensuring customers complete their onboarding successfully and assist with any issues they have while doing this
Offering all available services (that have not yet been accepted) to clients on every call, which will include Mortgages, Conveyancing, Surveys and any other services introduced in the future
Calling Vendors and Buyers to offer solicitors quotes which are pre agreed with the panel of Solicitors
Answering inbound calls and dealing with incoming queries
Ensure that complaints/issues are escalated to the necessary department
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fast paced sales role
Previous experience within estate agency or conveyancing
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Results oriented
Self-motivated and driven
