Job Description

Sales and Onboarding Specialist (Property) £23,920 with commission. We founded iamproperty to do the things no one else was doing, but we've grown because we have the best people. From CRM and auction to compliance, onboarding and conveyancing, our solutions work behind the scenes to give agents choice and control. Job Responsibility

  • Completing daily tasks in a timely manner ensuring the agent is fully kept up to date with their files
  • Ensuring customers complete their onboarding successfully and assist with any issues they have while doing this
  • Offering all available services (that have not yet been accepted) to clients on every call, which will include Mortgages, Conveyancing, Surveys and any other services introduced in the future
  • Calling Vendors and Buyers to offer solicitors quotes which are pre agreed with the panel of Solicitors
  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with incoming queries
  • Ensure that complaints/issues are escalated to the necessary department

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast paced sales role
  • Previous experience within estate agency or conveyancing
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work to under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Results oriented
  • Self-motivated and driven
