Job Responsibility

  • Completing daily tasks in a timely manner ensuring the agent is fully kept up to date with their files
  • Ensuring customers complete their onboarding successfully and assist with any issues they have while doing this
  • Offering all available services (that have not yet been accepted) to clients on every call, which will include Mortgages, Conveyancing, Surveys and any other services introduced in the future
  • Calling Vendors and Buyers to offer solicitors quotes which are pre agreed with the panel of Solicitors
  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with incoming queries
  • Ensure that complaints/issues are escalated to the necessary department

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast paced sales role
  • Previous experience within estate agency or conveyancing
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Results oriented
  • Self-motivated and driven
