Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts across multiple sales and marketing locations, including Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract top talent for performance-based sales and marketing positions while ensuring staffing goals are achieved in support of business objectives. The ideal candidate is an energetic recruiting professional with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional relationship-building skills, and experience recruiting for high-volume, commission-driven environments. Timeshare recruiting experience is highly preferred. This leader will manage a Recruiting Coordinator and work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to proactively identify staffing needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Job Responsibility
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for sales and marketing positions across multiple markets
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Partner closely with Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Vice Presidents, and other operational leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruiting support
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, career events, and community partnerships
Manage the interview and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring outcomes
Supervise and develop a Recruiting Coordinator, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success
Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and retention trends to drive continuous improvement
Coordinate and participate in hiring events, open houses, and recruiting initiatives across supported markets
Travel up to 25% to support recruiting activities, leadership meetings, onboarding efforts, and hiring events in Cape Cod and other assigned locations
Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruiting process
Serve as a brand ambassador for Capital Vacations by promoting the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
Experience recruiting for commission-based, production-based, or performance-driven roles is required
Previous leadership experience, including mentoring or managing recruiting team members, is preferred
Timeshare industry recruiting experience is strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities across various locations
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions through data and market insight
Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require
