Job Description:

Alfa Class Install Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based commercial joinery, installation and fit-out services company specialising in professional office furniture and workspace solutions. The company services corporate, commercial and project-based clients and is currently undertaking strategic growth initiatives to expand its operations interstate. On behalf of Alfa Class Install, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business development and marketing initiatives, drive revenue growth, and support the company’s planned expansion into interstate markets. The role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and overseeing marketing activities aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
  • Identify, evaluate and pursue new market opportunities, including interstate expansion into additional Australian states
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders
  • Oversee lead generation, client acquisition and contract negotiation processes
  • Direct marketing initiatives across digital platforms, advertising, promotions and branding activities
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and customer trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market analysis
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered to agreed standards
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums and business development meetings

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • At least 1 year of proven work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing management roles
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience contributing to business expansion or market development initiatives

  • Chairing monthly marketing meetings to ensure our strategic marketing plan is being achieved with minimal effect to the marketing budget. Ensuring each meeting is looking at least three months ahead
