As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will hold a dual-focus portfolio (split evenly between sales strategy and marketing oversight) reporting directly to the General Manager. Your core mission is to optimize the lead-to-revenue pipeline and ensure mutual understanding between the sales and marketing functions. Rather than focusing strictly on personal day-to-day hard-closing, you will manage a specialized team, oversee Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and strategically direct how high-value accounts—such as law firms and major corporations—are targeted and nurtured.

Lead high-level industry networking initiatives, represent the brand at corporate events, and set up sales/marketing booths to drive brand visibility and lead generation
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital strategies while closely monitoring the department's marketing expenses and ROI

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience in dual sales and marketing management roles
Experience or strong knowledge in publishing, education, legal, or professional corporate service industries is highly preferred
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and P.R. skills with a proven track record of building strong corporate networks
