Job Responsibility

  • Lead, supervise, and align the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth collaboration and eliminate past operational silos
  • Oversee incoming Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and strategically route them to internal Head of Departments (HODs) or Service Solution Consultants
  • Manage the workflow of service solution consultants to ensure payments are secured within a one-month turnaround time
  • oversee invoicing allocations when deals are passed or closed
  • Develop strategic frameworks to target high-value clients, specifically large corporations and legal firms across key regional territories (including Sabah and Sarawak)
  • Lead high-level industry networking initiatives, represent the brand at corporate events, and set up sales/marketing booths to drive brand visibility and lead generation
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital strategies while closely monitoring the department's marketing expenses and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience in dual sales and marketing management roles
  • Experience or strong knowledge in publishing, education, legal, or professional corporate service industries is highly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and P.R. skills with a proven track record of building strong corporate networks
  • Strong ability to manage budgets, analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and forecast pipeline data
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for regional events, networking, and booth activations when required
