We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company's sales and marketing efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., online research, networking, cold calling, email marketing, social media)
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Negotiate and close deals effectively
Track and report on sales performance metrics
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, website)
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
Plan and execute marketing events (e.g., webinars, trade shows)
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
Provide excellent customer service and support
Identify and address customer concerns and issues promptly
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT industry
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA is mandatory
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
