Cultivate meaningful, long-term alliances with real estate agencies, property developers, and banking institutions. Coordinate with internal legal experts to design and implement client-acquisition campaigns. Oversee the complete conversion funnel from initial engagement to formal onboarding. Analyse market developments and competitor landscapes to uncover fresh commercial paths.

Requirements
Track record of success in commercial sales, business development, or corporate outreach
Functional knowledge or exposure to the property, financial services, or legal sectors
Capability to negotiate and present corporate solutions effectively
Adaptability in utilising modern lead generation platforms and social media channels
Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales, business development, or marketing. Experience in the real estate property, legal, or financial services industry is a HUGE advantage
