We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts at a prestigious 5-star branded hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing brand presence in the competitive international market.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance the hotel’s brand presence
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to maximize business opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, PR, and social media strategies
Ensure all sales and marketing activities are aligned with the hotel’s brand standards and corporate goals
Prepare and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that yield maximum return on investment
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
At least 2 years in a senior leadership role (as Department Head or Assistant Department Head) within a branded international 4- or 5-star hotel
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving market share
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
Experience in opening a new branded hotel in a sales and marketing leadership role is a significant advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
