We are partnering with an international pharmaceutical company specializing in prescribed products. As part of its ongoing development, we are seeking a senior professional to lead the commercial team (marketing, field force, and hospital team).
Job Responsibility:
Leading effective business development initiatives and achieving company sales goals by creating and executing sales and marketing action plans, setting targets, and managing budgets
Preparing forecasts and KPI reports to support organizational planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision‑making
Analyzing market trends, competition, and opportunities to adjust strategies, leverage market potential, and mitigate risks
Assessing business potential and profitability of new product proposals and overseeing successful product launches
Implementing cyclical and annual exMAN sales plans at net sales and EBITDA levels for the Hospital business, as well as sell‑out targets for promoted products
Close cooperation with the Commercial Director / Key Accounts Department Manager to ensure short‑ and long‑term KPIs (NS and EBITDA) are met across all sales channels
Overseeing budget execution and cost control within the Sales & Marketing department
Leading and motivating sales teams while ensuring continuous employee development and performance improvement
Monitoring sales and financial KPIs
Preparing sales reports and presenting results to senior management
Collaborating with external marketing agencies
Building and maintaining strong partnerships and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Strengthening the company's market presence and value through referral networks and business partnerships
Conducting business negotiations with clients (e.g., hospitals) and suppliers
Managing cross‑departmental collaboration within the organization
Requirements:
At least three years of experience in leading sales and marketing teams with full P&L responsibility (experience with RX products is essential)
Strong management and leadership skills — ability to build, develop, and motivate teams
make decisions under pressure
and implement effective strategies
High analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including the capacity to analyze market data, design and execute sales and marketing strategies, and manage budgets
Ability to leverage hard data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and decision‑making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships
Strong problem‑solving and issue‑resolution skills
ability to work under time pressure with high attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and manage projects effectively
Master’s degree in economics, management, finance, medicine, or related fields
Knowledge of applicable pharmaceutical laws and regulations related to advertising and marketing of medicinal products in Poland
Very good command of English
