A Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a bridge between sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution on the ground, to ensure 100% sales achievement. Job Responsibility:
Co-own the Sales target with the Sales team across the different regions
Taking responsibility for the MIS reporting of entire sales team in Barabanki. Reports to be sent daily
Handling all key projects like Influencer Farmer, Rolling out and monitoring of all schemes, marketing campaigns and Below The Line activities
Conducting farmer awareness meetings for our soil nutrition products with farmer groups
Identifying the key influencers, Gram Panchayat in the villages to reach to large group of potential farmers
Understand and implement our entire online platform model for execution of Nutrition products sale
Requirements:
Non Agri – Management degree (MBA)
0-3 years experience
Preferably Organic Soil Nutrition/Organic Fertilizers/Fertilizer industry in the region
Understanding of the product range and the target market
Understanding of organic fertilizers, chemical fertilizers, farming practices, crop patterns and entire farming ecosystem
Understanding of sales and marketing processes, required skills for sales and people handling skills
Target oriented, process driven and people friendly
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
