Our client in Vaudreuil is currently looking for a sales and marketing coordinator. This person will provide administrative support to the sales department while contributing to the company's marketing initiatives. This position will help to ensure the smooth running of sales operations and develop marketing materials (such as PowerPoint presentations and product sheets) to drive customer engagement and product promotion. Additional responsibilities may be assigned on an ad hoc basis.
Job Responsibility:

Assist in the development and communication with suppliers regarding artwork, packaging and promotional materials
Prepare and print presentation materials for trade shows and other promotional materials
Design marketing materials for trade shows, conventions and customer meetings
Create attractive PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, product launches
Develop product sheets, brochures and other marketing materials to support sales efforts
Assist in the development of packaging designs and illustrations
Assist in maintaining and updating company presentations and product catalogs
Collaborate with marketing team on new product launches and promotional campaigns
Order and manage promotional gifts and media
Order entry of products
Check all customer orders (prices/codes)
Manage and document all customer complaints
Follow-up with customers by phone or e-mail
Data and documentation through data entry
Complete customer list sheets
Update the Aliments du Québec register
Prepare sample list reports and work with sales to integrate returns
Assist sales staff as needed
Prepare and print presentation documents for trade shows
Act as backup to update the ECCnet register with the current list of available products
All other administrative tasks in various departments
Requirements:
University degree in marketing, business or related field
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a sales coordination or marketing support role
Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred
English-speaking internal and external clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis
Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have:
Knowledge of design and layout software an asset
Experience in administration and customer service is an asset
