Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-end, handmade wall décor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced data-driven Sales and Marketing Analyst to help turn insights into action. In this role, you’ll analyze performance across sales and marketing channels, uncover trends, and deliver recommendations that fuel growth. Job Responsibility

  • Track and analyze sales performance across products, channels, and customer segments
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to optimize pipelines and revenue
  • Build forecasting models to support planning and growth
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign performance across digital, social, trade shows, and more
  • Conduct ROI analysis and guide budget allocation decisions
  • Analyze lead generation, CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s a plus)
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing analytics, or a data-focused role
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing analytics tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
