Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales & Key Account Co-ordinator to support our Specialist Sales team. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you will work closely with Key Account Managers, the Specialist Team Leader and Field Sales teams to ensure seamless execution across our Pharmacy, Health & Sports Specialist channels.
Job Responsibility:
Providing end-to-end administrative support to Key Account Managers and Field Sales teams
Managing promotional coordination, sales reporting and CRM updates
Supporting new product launches, deal loading and pricing updates
Managing retail incentive programmes and quarterly rebate processes
Coordinating travel, fleet management and team logistics
Acting as a key internal contact for sales enquiries and specialist customer support
Support Key Account Managers with account administration, new product forms and promotional material coordination
Manage deal loading processes and pricing updates across relevant channels
Maintain and update CRM systems, databases (Toniq/RX1/Pharmacodes) and sales libraries
Prepare and distribute monthly and mid-month specialist sales reports
Monitor and track co-op budgets and retailer incentive programmes
Manage POS coordination, stock levels and distribution to field teams
Coordinate NZ Specialist team travel, accommodation and company fleet management
Support organisation of conferences, sales meetings and retailer events
Liaise professionally with retail customers and internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in sales administration or key account support
Experience supporting field sales teams (FMCG or Pharmacy/Grocery exposure advantageous)
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capability
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and self-manage
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Confidence communicating with customers and cross-functional teams
A proactive mindset, positive attitude and sense of humour
Experience in the Pharmacy, FMCG or Grocery sector in New Zealand will be highly regarded
