Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales and Group Rooms Coordinator to join our team at The Sebastian Vail. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales department by coordinating group reservations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate group room reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • collaborate with the sales team to provide outstanding service to clients and guests
  • manage and maintain group account files, tracking all agreements, dates, and relevant information
  • communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of group events and reservations
  • assist with sales activities, including preparing proposals and contracts for group bookings
  • respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • support the sales team with administrative tasks, including report generation, data entry, and record maintenance
  • ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales and room bookings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus
  • previous experience in hotel sales, group reservations, or a similar role is preferred
  • strong organizational and time-management skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with hotel management software
  • ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
