This role blends commercial acumen with a passion for training and in-store execution. As our Sales & Education Account Executive, you will manage key retail doors, inspire frontline beauty advisors, and drive sell-out performance for our prestige fragrance, skincare and makeup brands.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve and exceed sell-out targets for assigned territory and brands
Build strong relationships with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities with a strong focus on Sephora and Shopper’s Drug Mart
Plan and execute business development strategies to grow market share
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and promotional activity in-store
Manage a large demonstrator budget
Deliver engaging and brand-immersive training sessions to retail beauty advisors
Coach and mentor store staff to strengthen product knowledge and selling skills
Support new product launches with impactful education and in-store animation
Drive brand advocacy through storytelling and experiential events
Plan and lead execution of in-store events and promotional activations (some weekends required)
Identify opportunity doors for eventing and sales support
Requirements:
2 – 4 years of sales experience in beauty and luxury retail preferred
Passion for people, beauty, retail and consumer experience
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
Proven ability to drive results in a competitive retail environment
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel (vehicle required)
