Job Responsibility:

  • Provide quality customer service and sales to anyone who calls, texts or emails
  • Performs other tasks related to swimmer's and family's experiences as necessary

Requirements:

  • Customer services skills are a must
  • Prior sales experience required
  • Must be comfortable with computers and many platforms
  • Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Must pass background examinations (included with training)
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two or more years previous customer service, sales and/or administrative office experience preferred
  • High level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems
  • Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required and will be provided during training
