Job Responsibility

  • Oversees the quality and success of the sales & service/front desk operations of Goldfish Swim School including sales functions, customer service, retail, vending and workplace employee activities
  • Provides weekly audits to the General Manager

Requirements

  • Ability to work with children
  • Customer services skills are a must
  • Prior sales experience required
  • Must be comfortable with computers and many platforms
  • Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Must pass background examinations (included with training)
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two or more years previous customer service and/or administrative office experience required
  • High level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems
  • Sales Experience required, and prior training of staff members preferred
  • Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required and will be provided during training
