Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales professional to join our Pierre et Vacances team. Pierre et Vacances offers holiday packages to European customers both online and over the phone. Suitable candidates will speak Spanish and English to a fluent level. This role is primarily focused on driving sales – you will convert incoming enquiries into bookings by understanding customer needs, presenting the most appropriate holiday options, and confidently closing the sale. You will also be expected to cross‑sell and upsell additional services and extended stays to maximise revenue while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting inbound calls into holiday bookings
  • Conduct effective needs analysis to understand customer requirements and present tailored holiday packages
  • Confidently close sales and maximise revenue through upselling additional products, services and extended stays
  • Handle service requests and booking modifications, cancellations and confirmations in the Pierre et Vacances system
  • Proactively follow up on leads and provide outbound cover during peak periods to generate new business
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with company procedures and scripts

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within a customer‑facing environment
